Payments & Invoicing

  • Clients retain ownership of content they provide to us, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content during the service period.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client materials and business information. Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

  • Reach Magnets shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use—or inability to use—our services.

  • While we strive to deliver measurable results, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes (e.g., rankings, traffic, conversions, or revenue).

Termination & Cancellation

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to any agreed-upon notice period in the signed agreement.

  • In the event of early termination, the client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.

Revisions to Terms

Reach Magnets reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
